RETURN AND REFUND POLICY
All sales of new tires are final and are non-refundable.
New tires may be exchanged for other new tires. If the value of the exchanged item is less a refund will be issued. If the value of the exchanged item is greater, you will be required to pay the difference. Tires are no longer considered new once they have been mounted on a rim (even if they have not been driven on).
To be eligible for a warranty claim, your item must show some visible manufacturing defect (either when the car is stationary or being driven). Tires with punctures, slashes, uneven wear due to poor alignment, or other damage not attributable to the manufacturer will not be accepted for warranty claims. You must present the receipt or proof of purchase and provide the damaged tire.
30 DAY WARRANTY on all used tires which covers air leaks, vibrations and bulges. We stand behind the products we sell.
All tires have been measured with a tread depth gauge. To calculate estimated life remaining on used tires, we assume new tires have an average tread depth of 10/32nds when new across all tire brands and sizes. Because these are used products, some sets and pairs may not have equal measurements. In such cases, the LOWEST tread measurement in the pair of 2 or set of 4 is used to determine estimated life and price.
Used tires are a used product, and therefore not perfect. Some tires may have been professionally repaired, have slight curb scuffing, minor weather cracking, be slightly noisy, or have other minor visual signs of wear. Each tire has been individually inspected and air tested. The tires we sell NEVER have sidewall repairs.
The history of each tire is not know, therefore we do not know how it will perform on the road. All we know is that it is safe to mount on the vehicle. You are more than welcome to come and inspect the tires in person prior to purchase.
Repaired tires are only eligible for refund if the repair cannot be re-done safely and the leak stopped.
All sales of services (installation, balancing, tire repair, etc.) are final and non-refundable. A 90 day warranty is included on all workmanship. If you believe there is a problem with the service you received, you may bring in your vehicle and we will diagnose the issue, and – if applicable, repair it free of charge within the 90 day period.
After the 90 days from your original purchase, any additional inspections or services performed on your vehicle will be charged at the normal rate.
You may return all other items within 30 calendar days from the date you purchased them. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it, and must be in the original packaging. Rims that have been mounted on a vehicle or had tires mounted on them are not eligible for return.
A receipt or proof of purchase must be provided.
Shipping and return shipping costs are non-refundable except for in the case of a defective product, or an incorrect product being delivered.
If an item is shipped that is different from the item on your order, or the item is found to be defective, send the item back, we will exchange it for the correct one on your invoice, or issue you a full refund including all shipping costs.
